Katie Lazzari - Incline Village

Nate Hyske - Incline Village

Hometown: Lodi, California

Nate was avidly involved in sports from a young age and particularly excelled in football. In his senior season, he was drawn to his coach, a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) who instilled proper movement patterns and exercise programming basics in which he was able to build off of for his now 14+ years of experience in the fitness realm. Nate went on to attain a bachelor's degree in business with a minor in health and wellness at CSU Chico and continued on to graduating from the Butte College Fire Academy shortly after. Always captivated to help others, he went on to be a firefighter which eventually led to him moving to Incline Village in 2018 for a ski patrol position at Diamond Peak which he still continues to do in the winter seasons. Through these experiences, Nate never lost his burning passion to become better every day in his health, wellness and fitness pursuits which lead him to attain his personal training and nutrition coaching certifications to share these passions with you. Whether it’s your first day in the gym, or you are looking to take your fitness to the next level, Nate is here to help and grateful for every opportunity to make a positive impact on as many lives as possible.

Matt Yarbrough - Truckee

Matt’s passion for the outdoors is what brought him to Truckee almost 20 years ago. Working as a Park Ranger for Tahoe State Parks, he has truly found his home here among the mountains; skiing, mountain biking, and playing outside as much as possible with his dog Hopi. Matt grew up in southern California playing all types of sports, and attended California State University in Chico. After graduating he continued on to coach intercollegiate sports and teach health and fitness at Chico State while attending grad school. After moving to Truckee, he continued as a leader in the outdoor and fitness industry, coaching triathletes and teaching jujitsu. Matt truly has a passion for fitness and coaching, and finds great joy in helping others achieve their health and training goals to lead their best lives!


Olivia Windisch - Truckee

Olivia was born and raised in the melting pot of the world -- Queens, New York. At the age of 24 she knew that her purpose was to be in service of others which directed her down the path of becoming a New York City Police Officer. 

During her 6 years of service, Olivia learned the value of taking care of your mental, and physical health in order to not only survive but thrive out there in the real world.

Through her own self work, healing, forgiveness, and diving deeper and deeper inside herself, Olivia found that her true purpose is to ignite the fire inside of each and every one of us, and guide them to remembering who they are, and how to choose the life they were meant to have. 

Now at 30 years old, Olivia took a leap of faith and left the secure job, family, and friends behind in order to pursue a career in the health and wellness space. Her goal is to help you not only transform your physique but to become the most powerful, strong, happy version of yourself.
