Paul, certified thru the International Sports Science Association (ISSA), began training at High Altitude Fitness in 2002. He will help you set and establish goals, giving you a working knowledge of training and proper technique. With Paul’s “no-nonsense) style of training you will see results and he will make the best of your time. Paul, originally from Toledo, Ohio has lived in Incline Village since 1996. Family time with Meshia, their daughter Rosemary, and Rhino (he thinks he’s a lap dog) in Lake Tahoe is what he truly enjoys the most. Paul is also a diabetic, being diagnosed in April 2000. Paul works diligently to manage his blood sugar and is experienced in working with clients with similar health issues. Paul says “Any type of physical activity is beneficial to our mind, body and soul. Strength training to me is the greatest activity anyone can do to enhance any and all things we do”

Paul’s last competition was January 15th, 2005 at the USAPL Winter classic in Livermore, California. He won first place in the 242lb class, and won best master lifter.
