Group Fitness Classes

Class Descriptions:

Below the Belt: No cutting corners! Just hard work, sweat and fun. Test yourself and give it all you got! This class consists of lower body cardio and polymeric exercises. Although it is very challenging, it is modified for all levels.

Power Sculpt: This class combines multi-joint exercises with high intensity moves that will tone and sculpt your muscles while you burn fat. You will be challenged in this total body workout. Be ready to be pushed to your physical limits!

Strength Training: This workout focuses on toning and building strength.

Yoga for Climbers: This is a challenging class designed to aid climber performance, but is open to all who are looking for a rigorous yoga class! Vinyasa, arm balances, and core exercises are sequenced to increase strength, improve balancing abilities, and develop flexibility.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: The class features sequences of sun salutation, standing and seated postures, balances, back bending inversions. Vinaysa yoga builds internal heat, endurance flexibility, strength, and concentration

Hatha Yoga: This is yoga for all levels. This includes breath work, warm up, postures and strengthens and increase flexibility, making a mind/body connection, creating awareness and relaxation. Yoga increases performance in all sports including weight lifting, skiing, snowboarding, surfing, hiking, running and climbing.

Winter Conditioning- Intense multi-stage core conditioning class geared towards winter sports. Spots limited commitment needed.

Belay Course: 1 hr introductory class designed for those with little or no climbing experience. We teach you all the basic rope skills and safety techniques needed to climb and belay in the gym. This class also covers the safety topics required in order to use our “Auto Belay” devices. Must be 14yrs or older to belay.
